We are actively recruiting for an HR Generalist for a contract based role for our client based in Boston. Once hired, you’ll start on day one working with your hiring manager and new team. You’ll go through that company’s standard new employee onboarding and be on your way!

Role Summary:

We are excited to welcome an experienced Human Resources professional to our dynamic team to help support and enhance our HR programs and processes as we optimize for scalability. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, our ideal candidate is a person who values excellence and innovation and thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and successful implementation of key HR and corporate programs, including workforce planning, talent review, performance management, promotion processes, compensation planning, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of cultural and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and events
  • Analyze employee engagement survey feedback and partner with HR Business Partners on initiatives to strengthen team cultures
  • Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to craft job descriptions and ensure job postings are clear and compelling
  • Act as internal advisor to managers and employees on a range of topics, triaging to HR Business partners as needed
  • Conduct new-hire check-ins and exit interviews, analyze feedback, identify trends, and provide recommendations to HR Business Partners and leadership. Support onboarding and offboarding operations
  • Lead efforts to enhance and maintain accurate, timely, and engaging content on the HR team’s intranet pages
  • Assist in analyzing data and preparing presentations for various audiences
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • B.S. Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field with 6+ years of Human

Resources experience, ideally with some time spent in the biotech or pharmaceutical space

  • Experience with a high growth organization
  • Outstanding communicator, influencer, and relationship-builder
  • Exceptional judgment when making decisions, always considering the bigger picture
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to use metrics to drive decisions
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to tell a story with data
  • Ability to work as part of collaborative HR team
  • Attention to detail is a must
